Every week, we’re showcasing our graduating students as they prepare to say goodbye to Dean. On each #TransformationTuesday or #FavoriteMemoryFriday, you’ll get a before and after look at where they started vs. where they are now. Next up is Nicholas Ricci '24, a Business Management major.

Nicholas Ricci '24 childhood photoQ: How has your experience at Dean shaped you?

Dean has transformed me into a better person and a better teammate. I have learned so much about my self over the four years. I wouldn’t be where I am today without being apart of the men’s lacrosse team. I would like to thank Coach Donahue and Coach Schairer for their guidance and mentorship over the past 4 years.

Q: What is your favorite memory from your time at Dean?

There are so many memories that I have made of the four years that I’ve been here. The best memories are with my teammates. Just going out to the lacrosse field everyday with you best friend and brothers. Also, traveling and after a win singing the song Hey Baby! Additionally, being named captain for the men’s lacrosse team.

Q: How has Dean prepared you for the future?

Dean has prepared me extremely well for my future. After graduation I will be working at Fidelity Investments. If Dean didn’t require internships to graduate, I may have not gotten the offer to Fidelity. I was honored to be an intern for Fidelity Investments the past 2 summers.

Check back throughout the semester as we profile members of the Class of 2024 and see how far they’ve come throughout their time at Dean!
